At Aspire we can provide valuable grounds maintenance and tree support for both schools and sites with contract support and assessments. 

CONTRACT SUPPORT
The contract support includes the processing of individual site and/or joint site tenders (can prove to be very competitive for Academy groups and schools that are included in soft federations). A work schedule unique to each site and an accompanying site plan is produced, whilst an up-to-date technical specification is made available to all highly recommended contractors invited to bid for the work. An evaluation of the tender documents is carried out, but to avoid any accusations of bias and to ensure a preferred choice is made by the client, the final decision to award the contract becomes their responsibility and notification of the result of the tenders is made to all contractors involved in the bidding process.

ASSESSMENTS/INSPECTIONS
The contract assessments include inspections of sites to ensure compliance with the agreed specification. Following the inspection, an assessment report is issued to the contractors and clients. Any liaising with contractors to chase up outstanding queries and requests is carried out as necessary. Further communication with clients is carried out to ensure that all issues have been dealt with and to their satisfaction.

TREE SUPPORT
The tree support includes liaison with District Councils to establish tree preservation, conservation status and any other issues that affect the sites of clients. Quotes can be obtained from qualified tree surgeons particularly in relation to dangerous and hazardous trees. Tree surveys can be arranged through recommended specialists.
